(2) Stop and Start

Stop and start technique can be done during masturbation and with the use of dry hands. Once you are at the point of ejaculating, stop masturbating and try to control your ejaculation. Do this 3 times and ejaculate on the 4th time. This is to strengthen your control on ejaculating prematurely.

(3) Stop and Go

You should do the stop and go technique while urinating. Stop urinating in mid-stream and identify the muscle that holds the urine stream- that is the PC muscle group. Men who experience premature ejaculation typically have over-tensed PC muscles during intercourse which then results them to orgasm untimely. Identifying the PC muscle group will help you overcome all these common exercises and eventually ejaculating prematurely.

(4) Slow Release

Contracting the PC muscle group takes about 5 seconds. Hold the PC muscle contraction for 5 seconds and take 5 seconds to release the contraction. This is quite difficult if you are just starting, but patience and practice will help you get the hang of it.
